AFAA certified group fitness coach
Health and wellness have always been a part of my life. I grew up playing organized sports (gymnastics, softball, and soccer) - which all taught me how important movement and strength training is. I started taking group fitness classes about 5 years ago and love how it impacted my quality of life - so much so, that I became certified to coach!
Cardio had always been a strong focus for me. However, as I start to get older, I discovered a passion for strength training. It has helped to reduce injuries while playing soccer and has made me a stronger and more confident woman.
My favorite part about coaching is welcoming those who have little to no gym experience. I have been there. I know how intimidating it can be. I am here for YOU and will walk with you every step of the way!
